Leon & Amanda Brown
Shefa was born out of decades of hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics, and organizational leadership—and a conviction that people are the most underutilized asset in business today. After years of seeing the limits of traditional, top-down structures, we launched Shefa to help organizations reimagine how transformation happens—from the inside out.
